Salon number two starting to feel the effects of busy season. We had a half an hour wait tonight during the peak hours. Tony finally got to see what it was like when the salon gets busy. I have a feeling from my experiences in the day shift that day time might start getting quite a bit busy also. Should be fun and keep us all on our toes.

John, question for you: You mentioned that it could be over an hour wait. Now, if it was me, and I had to wait an hour, I would leave. Do you really think that our customers are going to wait that long? I'm just afraid that we'll have that long of a wait, and people will get upset... or will they really stick it out and wait?

when are peak hours for you guys? I usualy come around 4 during the week and rarley wait, and when I do its a min or 2. Jamie is right if I had to wait more then say 15 min I would leave.

Just curious with doing 188 tanners a day, how many beds do you have in each location?

300 tans a day... I was totally psyched about 187! It's a little nerve wracking to think about that many tans in a day, but hey! Bring it on, baby!
