Well .......Makes me wonder about the fatigue. Maybe my low muscles mass (i would say i have that)is why sometimes I just feel like not moving

well did you know that when i started to work out on the regular basis and i started my protein diet that i actually gained alot of weight and i looked thinner because i gained muscle and lost the fat. but i fealt great
