people believe that when they are sore they should avoid working out to not further damage the muscles. but what they dont know is that they are not further damaging their muscles due to the fact that the muscles protect themselves from further injury. there is a reduced muscle electrical activity. so dont worry its ok to work out even when youre sore.

i do too. it almost feels like someone is stabbing you in the muscles but your muscles protect themselves. its kind of cool.
