Not saying that those arent the 2 most important...I also have to add the quality of the bed. I was always in search of a salon with the biggest beds!! :tanbed:

Oh, I agree totally with that. You don't want to walk into a brand new or newer salon and have old and grungy beds.

besides cleanliness.... i think customer service is a huge part..

Cleanliness is the #1 thing for me!!! #2 would be a knowledgable staff.
