try the schools... alot of times you get them done way cheap and they have their instructors like right over their shoulders to make sure they are doing a great job...

no problem alot of the massage schools do the same thing for massages...

yeah schools are def cheap... i think my school does hair for 13 dollars. i dont know bout nails though

for a full set, is QT Nails on starkey and eastbay. [by the mickey d's and stuff in that plaza] they are really good, thats where i go.

its 20 for a full set. and like 13 or 15 for a fill in. :)
